quiet home was born from both transformation and friendship. What began as one woman helping another bring order into her home soon became something deeper: a shared conviction that an organized home has the power to quiet the soul. Our work is rooted in this belief: that when clutter clears, clarity comes; when rhythms have room, families can breathe; and when the home supports the people inside it, life feels more peaceful, grounded, and joyful.
Between us, we’re raising five children, ages one to ten, through the shifting seasons of family life — school schedules, nap schedules, after-school activities, city living, and everything in between. We know firsthand that homes aren’t static — and the systems within them shouldn’t be either. We believe that a well-organized home is not about perfection; it’s about ease.
quiet home is more than an organizing service. It is an invitation to clear the noise, focus on what really matters, and create a home that feels like a haven.

Lauren is a public health educator and wellness practitioner who believes deeply in the link between home and holistic wellbeing. She holds a Master’s in Public Health and a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in French, from the University of Georgia. She has spent more than a decade designing wellness programs across schools, hospitals, and nonprofit settings. Her work also includes contributing to the James Beard Award–winning cookbook A New Turn in the South, a project that deepened her understanding of community, local food systems, and the grounded rhythms of shared meals. This experience shaped her belief that the environments where we cook, gather, and nourish ourselves matter deeply.
Her pathway into home organizing became personal in 2022, when she and her family moved from a five-bedroom home outside Atlanta to a three-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side — with three young children and a dog. Downsizing was challenging but transformational. Letting go of excess taught her that fewer belongings and a smaller space created more of what mattered: connection, presence, and togetherness. She discovered that living with less often leads to a life with more.
A Certified Health Education Specialist and Registered Yoga Teacher, Lauren brings a gentle, holistic lens to organizing. She helps families create spaces that feel lighter, more functional, and better aligned with their rhythms.
